We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we instantly fell in love. The neighbors are all really friendly and make this place feel like home. The courtyard is well kept and the patio furniture make it so nice to grill in the summer afternoons. We chose this place mainly for the location: you're literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is nice. Nice upgraded fixtures and vinyl wood flooring. We have a dog so the maintenance of cleaning up hair is super convenient. The kitchen has granite countertops which is nice versus tile where food gets stuck in the grout. It has all of the necessary appliances(dishwasher, microwave, fridge) in the unit so it was nice not worrying about having to get anything like that.
