We came by water and the docking experience was good, we picked our own seating and service was decent. The music from the musician was a too loud to have a conversation at the table, but it didn’t sound terrible. The food was relatively bland and the menu was written and illustrated with AI.
Came here for my birthday and they gave me a free shot that was about the only good thing about the experience. And the crab Rangoons were pretty good. Drinks were okay, my mom ordered crown and coke and they did crown and Pepsi. Waitress took it upon herself to substitute items in everyone’s meal without asking. My cousin asked for Italian and thousand dressing for her salad which they didn’t have either and they gave her ranch without asking. This place needs serious help in it’s Kitchen. What it advertises and states as descriptions for various menu items is not what comes out, if it even comes out at all in any kind of a timely way. Food was cold and seriously delayed in most cases for our party of eight. There were 30 minutes between the first person at our table eating and the final person receiving their meal literally. We drove up almost 3hrs to have lunch here.. we ended up hanging out for 3hrs. The food was great and the drinks were very tasty. The owners Jill and Rob introduced themselves to us and the waitress was great and gave wonderful recommendations on their rum drinks. Drop by and order the Painkiller!
It's going down hill. Drinks aren't made correctly. No water refills on hot days. Waitress is too lazy to walk around the table to take orders or hand out drinks. Kids spent money on fish food to find the container was empty (but dirty so couldn't tell.) Waitress said she couldn't do anything about the lost money but another overheard and was kind enough to bring something to the kids from the kitchen.
