Called Josh before Christmas to make an appointment. Was told to text or email my query through and an appointment would be locked in. Heard nothing so chased after Christmas and got a strange reply that he hadn’t had his coffee so the appointment wasn’t put in the diary. Finally got him to come out and look at my air conditioner so I could get a quote for a new one. Was charged over $200 for the privilege and still haven’t received a quote. Unimpressed with the service I’ve received

It took us 2 months to secure an appointment via this company's website for a Dometic fridge repair. We took the unit in on the appointment day, the owner wasn't in, so someone else in the store took responsibility for the unit. Having not heard a peep back for 2 weeks, I called back and was told that the unit wasn't even looked at and there was no time estimation on when it would be!!!
