The bowls are always so good! Usually no wait time and the worker Raya was lovely!!
Update 8/2026: not sure what happened since the new ownership, but how come a birthday bowl costs $0.33 for the service charge? I asked the girl and she said it was for credit card. I asked her what if I “pay cash for my free bowl”, and she replied saying even with cash it was going to be the same price. I’m not annoyed of the $0.33, but the fact of driving down the road to the Chaska location and realizing the service charge is just in EP and they wanted to charge me for my free bowl (that I always get for free). Nautical Bowls participated in a fundraiser for EP Nordic Ski thru Impact Fundraising with a coupon for BOGO 50% and they denied my daughter the deal while she had the actual coupon and presented it. They said she couldn’t use it with no other explanation. An absolute disappointment that they don’t support the community when they agree to thru the fundraiser.
