I wanted to join this boat club because slips are almost impossible to get on Lake Austin. I received a pricing sheet from the club on October 30th, 2024: $12,000 upfront and $1,000 per month. I did a tour of the club in November. I was told the price had increased to $15,000 upfront and $1,100 per month. The club was clean, the manager was nice and not pushy at all, and the boats seemed good enough. This has been such a great experience working w Nautical boat club. I have enjoyed experiences on both lakes, w my family as my kids have grown up...the staff are always so friendly, super helpful and accommodative...the dock hands in particular are so well trained and make the outings so easy...big fan of Nautical!
