I called Nauticaid on Friday and Kevin was able to come out first thing Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed right away. I found him to be very professional and competent. I will certainly be calling Nauticaid for my 100 maintenance as well as any future service calls.
Neighbor recommended Randy stating he is extremely good and trustworthy. I tried calling a couple times but got ignored so I texted introducing myself and asking rough pricing on an oil change. Was told he could not possibly quote an oil change without seeing the engine and it's service history. After asking about that he clarified they do not do just oil changes, but full 100 hour service.
