I would stay away from this company. FAR FAR AWAY. I met with Rollin today. After speaking to him for a bit, I called my husband on speaker so that his specific questions, dimensions and orientation of the pool could be addressed. He works and I am always the one that deals with all contractors that are doing any and all work to our home. Other than the basic questions, my husband wants me to put in or do whatever I want to our house. He doesn’t really care about this stuff. Nice people who make good pools!
It was a house, not a pool
I would like to give a zero. I have called them, emailed them, left messages for someone to contact me for our last new build. No one called and it has been 1.5 years. Now I thought I would try them again. Again, no call back for a new build. It has been 3 weeks. I guess they do not need the business.
Nautica pools recently built our pool plus our landscaping at our new house. They did a tremendous job! Rollin and Chris are great to work with! We could not be happier with the service and product.
