Let me start by saying the 2 young ladies that work as leasing agents are Kind, courteous and proffesional young ladies…. and that’s where the good things begin and end. The manager is absolute shrew of a woman who is loud, aggressive, dishonest and an overall displeasure to be near. I will also be going to the media about Dawn and Nautica. I am going to expose you and your shady dealings. May be jail time for you Dawn. Dawn is a super bitch. They illegally charged me and tried key word tried to evict me but I was in a program so that was illegal as well and they were told by the government. They said it is for things left in the apt. Do not get involved with these people. The apartment itself is in good shape and the location isn't bad, but the staff are the most combative and rude people I have ever had to deal with in renting or any other professional context. Whenever something needs to be solved they say it isn't their problem before you can finish a sentence.
