Same reviews as before. Initial response is quick and promises parts and appointments quickly and then ghosts you. No answer to my calls or home warranty company. Sean the owner left himself the only positive review. Integrity issues? I reported it to google. This business shouldn’t be in business. Over a month with no fridge. Terrible service.
After an initial speedy response and inspection of my ac unit. I was informed of repairs needed and was told that they would submit a repair request to my home warranty company. 3 weeks later nothing has happened. Will not answer phone calls return emails texts or voice mails. Not even the warranty company could get a hold of them. Meanwhile it’s 82 degrees in my house at all times.
AC went out. Contacted my home warranty and they said I would receive a call to set up an appointment from Nautica Air. Never received a call. I then called them multiple times only to be connected with an answering machine. I had to reach out to my home warranty and have a different contractor assigned.
