Update: The owner came over and talked with me and refunded me an additional 2 hours to make up for the error. I would use them again. Radar failed to initialalize. A tech came out and looked at the radar self diagnoses and said it needed to be replaced. The tech who did the installation was great. The only issue I had was with billing. They charged me for 5 hours of work when, at most, it was 3, including the initial visit to look at the diagnoses.
