It was the worst service!!! So VERY Disappointing
Was looking forward to trying this place out. We went for Happy Hour before an Indians game. Oysters was what we're looking for and was not disappointed. 6 oysters on the 1/2 shell $5.00. They were GREAT. We also ordered the clams. The 1st order we had to send back because most of them were under cooked and the clam shells were not open. We were given a new order that was prepared well. Good beer selection. They would have been given a 4 star rating but having to wait for the 2nd order of clams dropped the rating.
Great fish, beer, and great music!!!! Cool atmosphere. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Cleveland.
Really bad food had the fried walleye and it was very greasy with out any flavor! My wife had a simple corona with a lemon and the lemon had mold on it!
Well was looking forward to walleye and was recommended to this place! It was the worst meal I had in a long time! The fish was extremely greasy and had no taste at all! The fried corn on the cob was like eating popcorn on a stick well kind of just very dry ! But cute place�

I was so excited to come here on my visit to Ohio sad to report it was the biggest disappointment I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. The place had a small handful of customers but we waited almost 20 mins before our ciders arrived to our table. Then I order conch fritters and my friend ordered a lobster roll two things that shouldn't have taken more than 15 20 mins even in a busy place after an hour my friends and I got up and left still hungry. Great location, fabulous service, amazing good! We always have a great time at the Nauti Mermaid, it never disappoints. Can't wait to go back!
