The staff and owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful, always happy to help and talk. There's a lot of improvements, repainting the women's locker room has been a huge one, I'm really happy with how the gym is progressing. Now, I just wish the sauna was open. And I hope we will see that the AC is actually working this summer.

Nauset Fit in Orleans is the best gym on the lower Cape. The equipment is outstanding and meets the needs of all those that workout and do cardio. The gym is always clean and has employees that are welcoming and professional. The gym also provides fitness classes including spinning. While you are working out there are plenty of TVs to watch and music to listen to. Nauset Fit is a full service gym that meets the needs of all. Get fit and have fun.
