The GM here sucks. Always has excuses and never answers. Wish they would take all that money they got for the HOA to actually do maintenance.... Took the entire south facing windows to all leak before they did any maintenance on the seals so sad and slow
良い点: ロビーがホテルのようで豪華で素敵です。しかもロビーに人がいないのが良い。 ビンテージとは言わないけど、古いけどいい感じです。ラナイから花火も見れて、楽しい。 各フロアの戸数が少ないのも良い
アラモアナ公園の目の前にそびえ立つ高級コンドです。築30年を超えますがメンテナンスが良いためまったく古さを感じさせません。 誰もいないプール、目の前に見えるサンセットなどすべてが非日常感満載です。
