Had service scheduled for a couple of days Technicians show up, never got out of the vehicle, then decided to tell me that it was canceled for some odd reason. You call back, you speak to the dispatcher. Wendy, who is rude As can be no customer service. No professionalism there, never using this company again!!!! Get better customer service. Great experience with Nauman/Ace. We had a walk in shower placed and they did a wonderful job, very pleased . Jarrod was very good with communications and professionalism . Will definitely use again !
Despite Jamal being a Giants fan he was professional, polite, personable, and informative. Very satisfied with this service. Both he and Shawn were absolutely great. I recommend Naumans highly.
