It's been about a year and a half since Dr Jahangir repaired both leaking valves in my heart. My cardiologist told me he did an excellent job. Both valves are sealing completely as they should, a testament to his skill. I saw it on the monitor myself. I am now averaging 3 to 4 miles a day walking, and leading a normal active life, for my age at 74. I am grateful for his work, knowledge and, ability, that could fix me up. After visiting with 2 other surgeons, in other parts of the country, and feeling that they were dismissive when I asked about MIP (minimally invasive procedure) for replacement of an Aortic Valve, and being told I was too young for the procedure by one surgeon, and being told simply by another “we don’t do those”, I researched surgeons in Las Vegas. Dr Jahangir was amazing in performing my husbands bypass surgery yesterday he was professional explained everything very well He knows his profession I so impressed with him he saved my husband’s life thank you Carla Hargrove.
