1 star (would give 0 if possible). Very disappointing experience. As first-time parents, we expected a welcoming and respectful environment. Unfortunately, the issue was with the front desk staff, not the doctor. The front desk repeatedly made fun of our son’s name and kept calling him by a female name. Even after we corrected her, she continued to mispronounce it and did not make any effort to get it right. Dr. Nauman basit is an incredibly kind and empathetic pediatrician who truly listens to parents concerns about child health. We’re so grateful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being.
Dr. Basit is such a wonderful and caring pediatrician. He always takes his time with my baby and is great at explaining everything to me and always answers any questions or concerns I may have. He is super patient and kind. I had an emergency a little after office hours and we seen him driving off, my husband flagged him down and he pulled over and took us inside so that he could examen my baby which I was so thankful for! Dr. Basit loves what he does and it shows! You are awesome Dr. Basit thank you for all that you do!!
