Amazing service! The staff was kind, thorough, and made a stressful situation so much easier. The treatment worked perfectly, and they gave great tips for prevention. Highly recommend! I am a mother of 3 and this service worked wonders for us. The staff was patient, gentle, and made us feel completely at ease—we left lice-free with peace of mind. Horrible experience. I brought my daughter in for treatment. She has very thick hair, yet they rushed through it in under 30 minutes—which is simply not possible to do properly. The person working on her was clearly still in training, and the supervisor spent less than two minutes checking the job before declaring it “done.” My daughter was still itching afterward, so I took her to Cuse Lice Removal. We just had an express treatment there. The heat treatment was fine and I hope it works. The problem was that I wasn’t told ahead of time was that they were going to thoroughly saturate my hair with oil. There was no way to keep the oil from running down my neck onto my clothes and into my face while I was driving. I had asked whether they had shower caps or really anything to prevent the oil from getting on my car and they simply let me take a few extra paper towels and a plastic trash bag for the head rest. Terrible. Went here for a screening the staff is not professional and definitely unexperienced. Came here for a treatment and still had infestation. Very unsatisified. Also they do not know how to properly screen.
STAY AWAY. Terrible clinic. The previous people here were great but now with the new workers it is awful. The protection plan is a waste and they don’t even take out the lice out properly. You will just be waisting your money and time here.
