The lady at the front desk and our first tech Emma were great! There was another tech (the second check) that was digging into my head. When I told her she was really hurting me she said "well, do you want the lice out." She had zero compassion to the point that I told her she couldn't do my daughters head because she would hurt her. When we went to leave, they charged a card that I paid the deposit with without telling me. I wanted to use a different card because I had another bill coming out of that account. Highly recommend the lice clinic!! They gave my children and myself such a piece of mind! A very stressful situation that turned into relief walking out of there! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful in getting everyone cured
