I was treated very rudely by the receptionist because I questioned why I was being charged extra, in spite of the fact that I had paid in full, in advance, and was supposed to receive a 10 percent discount for doing so. It was because my treatment was taking longer than they had expected. (I was an adult with very crowded and crooked teeth so I knew it was going to take awhile.). Very busy office but gets the job done right
I was told by Dr Nauert that he was unwilling to give me updates on my childs progress. He said that I either trust him to do his job with out updates or he will remove the braces. He also demeaned me by saying "It doesnt matter if I tell you what is going on because you arnt a doctor and wont understand the medical words I use anyway." As a parent I have a right to know about my childs healthcare. He is not at his locations regularly, when you try to reschedule, its another month out.
Awesome Sweetness... My two boys are getting their braces on today!! I'm soooo happy n excited. Top n bottoms for Beanz n bottoms for now for Devin. So glad they got approved 😬😬😊😊❤️❤️
The staff here are sooo nice n professional. Love how they are so friendly n help us understand all that is going on n what to expect.
