terrible customer service the employees had no clue what they were talking about and had to use google. two different ones gave me different answers then argued about who was right. left unsatisfied with no help what so ever
Shocking. Customers shouldnt be based on the service requested. I was asked to wait because I was requesting a statement. Yet two people were served ahead of me because they requested a cash transaction. Regardless of what desk, service or staff member is available. If a client asks for a statement to be printed. Its a very basic F-Ing sevice. A client shouldnt have to wait to have something as simple as this processed. I had to go to Newton Abbot branch to open an account for my mother because HuYuu cannot handle applications by pensioners or elderly people who do not have a smart phone; even if they do, it is an unforgiving process. I took relevant authority and ID. I saw a most pleasant smiling Branch Manager by the name of Kathryn. After taking me to a phone where she gives an authority code to the bank account opening team, it was a smooth process.
