from the moment I walked into the door I felt completely taken care of..fast, considerate and most of all, ALL information given to me in a straight forward, sensible, pleasant manner. The best thing that I say write is that I recommended you to my assistant this morning....she's new to NYC and is looking for a Dentist.
My time at preferred care was good overall. My only concern is that only one staff member actually provided their name upon introduction which was John the hygienist. Overall, staff were friendly, but I personally like to know who I'm talking to/who is working in and on my mouth before the actual process.
Everyone is professional and courteous. Care was well done and charges were explained.
Very nice and friendly staff
I was in alot of pain my tooth had broke it was really bothering me. I contacted the clinic and was told to come in asap. They listened and got me in a chair within a matter of hours. The Dr was very helpful explained the whole procedure to me. Would recommend to other people looking for help with dental issues.
Always a great, clean, and painless teeth cleaning experience.
