Very thankful to Jelissa and her staff for a great experience. From the beginning Jelissa showed that she cared. I sent her a text on Sunday in the evening and she replied back, telling that I could have gone in on Monday morning, due to work I was not able to. She got me an appointment for Tuesday; I usually get very nervous when it comes to doing any type of dental work. Probably the largest dental office I've ever been to, which makes same week appointments and good sanitation measures possible during a pandemic. The interior looks renovated and inviting. Small waiting area has lack of seating right now, reasonable given current times. Highly appreciate being able to fill out forms online, always found that to take way too long during a first visit. Good service, very clean on the inside. And I am so glad that all the employees are taking all the precautions about the COVID-19 by wearing masks, gloves and making sure that ALL, I MEAN ALL the equipment is clean. They should be spotless and they were. I felt respected and wasn't demeaned in any way, regardless of my race. I was treated like a PATIENT. Thank you for that.
Excellent and safe environment in this Covid 19 pandemic. The staff was great and everyone was nice. A big shout out to my hygienist Irene.
Happily Preferred Dental is open once again where I was able to schedule and appointment for my quarterly cleaning. It was great to see the familiar faces of staff. Irena once again took her time to complete the procedure and confirm everything is lookin good.
