After not being able to get an appointment for another week with my old dentist, and having serious pain in one tooth, I called Preferred Dental Care. They were able to get me in right away to begin care. The place was clean, friendly, and professional. The doctors conferred with me transparently about my condition and options. I would truly recommend Preferred Dental Care!!

The hygienist, x-ray technician, dentist and staff work together in perfect harmony. My teeth are the healthiest they have ever been because of Preferred Dental — we have been patients there for over 10 years! The layout of the office is open with a high ceiling, which is a reassuring feature during the pandemic.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted sweetly by the receptionist. Who was kind and thoughtful to me and set me up. I was taken in and received a warm introduction to the young lady who took care of my every need. Destiny was polite and professional to me explaining everything and insuring me that all would be well. I am so grateful to have found Preferred Dental. I recently had a root canal and was impressed by the skill and attention Dr. Rybak provided. This was not my first root canal. I have other experiences that did not even come close to the care I received. I also am impressed by all the administrative workers. Anytime I have had a question or needed help with a billing issue the staff was there to support me.
