Unreliable. I have to constantly keeps tabs on these lawn applications. Signed up for year, they completely missed my first application. When I called to see when they would apply the first, they said they are about to do the second. WTH! Second application was fine, then they ignored me on the third even after texting me saying they were coming. Had to call again for them to come out.
We contacted Naturescape for grub currative. They did the currative last year and the preventative later. The grubs returned and Naturescape came out and did preventative again at no charge. So far so good :-) I love the discount given for the weed prevention visits if you pay by Dec 31. I feel they are very reasonably priced and great customer service.
They should start by teaching their drivers to learn how to drive. Especially when they are cutting people off the road in a truck with company logos. Truck 141 to be exact. Nearly killed me and just kept going like who cares. Yet they care about your lawn. Yea ok. Careful people
Their customer service is without parallel and the pricing is very fair. I've spent many years treating my lawn myself, and after a single year of their applications I can tell a marked improvement in my otherwise problematic lawn. Strongly recommend their services.
