We've used Naturescape over the last 6 years at our current house and couldn't be happier with the service, price, and customer support. We had been customers at our old house and one of the first things we did when we moved was to sign up again for our new home. Very nice people who care about our satisfaction.

They were fine a few years ago when I first used them, but this season has been a huge disappointment. I signed up for five lawn treatments, and so far they've completed three. Two of those visits were done while it was raining. For the first treatment of the season (the pre-emergent application), they arrived during a heavy downpour. When I called the office to express my concerns, I was told their products are "waterproof" and that the rain wouldn't affect the treatment. Unreliable. I have to constantly keeps tabs on these lawn applications. Signed up for year, they completely missed my first application. When I called to see when they would apply the first, they said they are about to do the second. WTH! Second application was fine, then they ignored me on the third even after texting me saying they were coming. Had to call again for them to come out.
