I am still waiting for my summer/fall service that I was told would be done 4 weeks ago. I called last week 3 weeks after they said/texted they would be out. The Worst Customer Service!! After 5 years of being a customer, they just didn't have time to answer any of my questions. They are quick to solicit you for services but are too busy to answer any questions. Management was no better. I escalated complaints to both store level management and a district manager without any resolution.

I have been a customer for over six years and something has changed in the last year or so. It looks like the service man didn't spray my backyard at all. It's loaded with weeds and I just called for the third time this month to get the backyard sprayed for weeds. I hope they show up this time. I'm no longer satisfied with this company and will be using True Green next year.
Lawn tech Henry came out to cut my lawn.. What a fantastic/ thorough job he did. Attention to detail was outstanding… Great job Henry and thanks again….
