Misdiagnosed My Yard, Broke Every Promise, Then Sent Me a Bill Naturescape sold me a yearly treatment plan after confidently telling me I had a weed problem. After multiple failed treatments and months of watching the growth take over my front yard, their own manager confirmed it was never a weed — it was a grass type they weren't equipped to handle.
