Used this company for 3 years. Last year they “said” they came and serviced the last two treatments but never did. I called to complain and they insisted someone came. I have cameras on my whole houses they didn’t come. Then they said they would send someone to retreat in 10 days. Never did. I refused to pay the bill and they sent it to creditors. I highly recommend not using this company.
Before hiring Naturescape, our Lawn was looking sad, but With their help, it’s recovered and is thriving. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Calling the office is a pleasure.
I waited nine months for my "guarantee" after this company completely cooked my front lawn. Zero accountability and I had to speak to the corporate office on several occasions, who also required months and months to get someone out to do some pretty basic repair. I usually try to reserve reviews for positive experiences, but this was a special level of bad. They were nice enough to call again this season to sell services like nothing happened. Must happen often.
Very professional and explained their services to me where it was easy to understand. They did a GREAT JOB and were very prompt.
