I used to be very happy with nature scape up until this year, which is why I’m giving them three stars. Their customer service is very nice, but seemed to quickly brush off problems that I had regarding our lawn this year, which was unfortunate because the problems we’ve had all year still have not been rectified. I would never say to not go with this business, because maybe your yard experience will be better than ours, but I can say that I am definitely looking at other companies because we are not satisfied

This company is a complete joke. They are cheap but would stay away and find better lawn company. - they spray random weed killers even without inspecting the lawn. Sprayed broadleaf weed killers despite telling them repeatedly grassy weeds were the major problem in my lawn. - didnt spray whole lawn, sprayed random spots, missed edges and spent too short time.
