Excellent job of aerating my lawn by Jason. Every corner, all the edges along sidewalks had multiple plugs . Not an area missed or shortcut taken.Very pleased with the quality of the work.
I've called 3 times now after one of your guys showed up and left in less than 5 minutes. He did one lap around our house and missed 90% of our lawn. I will be sharing my experience with everyone, including others in my subdivision that currently use your services. After 3 calls, 3 requests to have our lawn serviced correctly, and still no followup. Terrible company and will never use again!

I used to be very happy with nature scape up until this year, which is why I’m giving them three stars. Their customer service is very nice, but seemed to quickly brush off problems that I had regarding our lawn this year, which was unfortunate because the problems we’ve had all year still have not been rectified. I would never say to not go with this business, because maybe your yard experience will be better than ours, but I can say that I am definitely looking at other companies because we are not satisfied
