Billed us $125 for work never completed over 6 months ago. I called supervisor as I had photos etc. She said she would reverse charge. Now they started trying to collect again and sent us to collections… terrible company. Super low quality work.. we could not even get up our driveway with the "work" they did. My experience with Naturescape has been only positive. They do a great job of mowing my lawn and are very responsive when I call or email.
So they say they have a 100% guarantee, but they do not. They don't stand behind their work. They'll send you to collections for $125 MONTHS later after agreeing it was fully resolved. They'll keep just repeating the same nonsense that they "have no record" of your conversation again and again like a one trick broken record. They absolutely do not intend to make things right ever. The gentlemen who have been mowing our lawn has been doing great work. We love the way they’ve adjusting the mower as our lawn has grown & they blow any cut grass neatly back on to the lawn. Thank You for a Job Well Done,
Their customer service SUCKS!! in the past couple of months I've made personal phone contact with them repeatedly (4-5 times), each time with a promise of someone worker getting in touch with me, or coming out to my home to look at my lawn. And not one of those times had anyone followed thru! Even Billy, the branch mgr, dropped the ball!! Never again! And i will steer people away. I gave them more chances than they deserved.
