Nature Scape is simply the best. I would highly recommend. Amy who answers the phone(I call her the brains of the operation haha) is so kind and knowledgeable. I have went back to them year after year for a reason. Do yourself a favor and call them for all of your lawncare needs.
Received 1st application without notification. Still have weeds. Asked for them to reapply claimed they would. 7 weeks and calls and emails still haven't showed up. They did come for the aeration and went right through the new lawn I had planted for new well. 1st time using a lawn service what a waste.
I had a little residual creeping charlie. Elias came back and walked the property with me and then sprayed. Wonderful job !! Thank You !!!
The worst customer service I’ve seen anywhere. Most recently had me on hold for the next available rep for 15 minutes only to be greeted by an answering machine. Never responded to countless emails. To top it off we’ve never had a worse looking lawn than we do after their first application.

Have had this company for 3 years with at least 4-5 applications that they recommend as well as seeding and aeration and my lawn looks like it hasn’t been serviced :( after calling the manager said he would come out and get to the bottom of it only problem is he never showed :/ when I wrote to Naturescape they said they should of called to let me know that he wasn’t able to make it and she apologized but to late for me I canceled my service.
