Courteous, efficient, professional people. Our lawn has looked great for the whole 10 years we have had service.
I was so excited to have my lawn and mosquito control done for my yard. We bought my parents’ house. They have used this company in the past so we naturally did the same. My parents had great results. I have had to call every time to have someone service me for both lawn and mosquito control. They always say we will be out soon our service team only goes out there so often. Then why take us as a customer? When the mosquito control comes out the guy literally stands in one spot. We registered for the 5 lawn application April 28th. The branch changed it to 4 applications because it was later in the season. However, they still did not complete our application until June 26th, two months later despite us calling three times and being told we were prioritized. The weeds (thistles, clover, crab grass, etc) have come back with a vengeance. We called July 19th asking for a checkback, and now July 30th we have still not received any return service or 2nd application. Every time I call I am told to be patien... read more
I have been a long time customer of Naturescape. Last year I gave this company a 5 star review! This year I took the brunt of an employee who didn't like being sent back to my property after he didn't properly treat the trees and shrubs. The employee deliberately retaliated against ME by spraying harsh tree and shrub chemicals on PERENNIALS and ANNUALS! .
