If I could give a ZERO star I would! We currently have service with the Maplewood Naturescape. Over the last month we have called 4 times and no phone call back regarding the treatment of the weeds. Their contract and website state that if we are not satisfied or they need to do a return visit it will be within 72 hours. When I was able to talk to the receptionist she said the manager would call me back. And nothing! We are simply wanting the weeds addressed that was paid for back in May. I have been using Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Company for several years now and I love it. The staff are very friendly and answer my questions thoroughly. I left the company for a year and I regretted it, l left just out of curiosity. My lawn has never looked so good. Fantastic company. I tell everyone that needs lawn care to try them and you will be glad that you did.

I have been a customer for 15 years and have used several different services that Naturescape provides. I have been very pleased. If for some reason I am not satisifed with the lawn treatment, they have been great about coming out and taking care of any problem, which has not been often. I have highly recommended to my friends and family.
