We were trying to arrange snow removal for our parents this year. I spoke with a lady at Nature's Touch on 12/3, 12/6, 12/11, and finally on 12/19. First three times I was told that they would send me an estimate to the e-mail I provided. Never got one. Spoke with the same lady for the last time on 12/19/18. She said that a voice-mail was left for me on 12/11. I never received one and asked what number they left it at. The number wasn't EVEN CLOSE to my number.
