My husband ordered the chili with no avocado due to allergies, but we found out it also contained mushrooms, which he is allergic to as well. Mushrooms are not listed as an ingredient on the menu, so we had no reason to ask about them. When we requested a refund, the male hispanic clerk refused, saying we "should have asked." Mushrooms are a one off in chili and undisclosed ingredients, especially allergens, should be taken seriously. The clerk was VERY dismissive and rude to us, a black couple.
He’s always on the phone when I come in and that’s probably why he gets my order wrong! I’ll ask for the mix it up and he rings up the choose two. (Mix it up is 30 cent more and you get a drink) Happened more than once . And tells me “I don’t know how to fix it “ Food is decent just way over priced for the quality of food + service . I can’t believe I was going to eat lunch from a vending machine when this was a short walk away. They have sandwiches, wraps, salads, bowls, chili, smoothies, and coffee and soda. Thank goodness!
