I had an aromatherapy massage and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was so unique and relaxing, and the massage was the perfect balance of working on tight spots while keeping the experience comfortable and relaxing. Totally recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with how Nature’s Salt Cave handled a straightforward customer issue. I purchased a $100 gift card that was never used. When it was later misplaced, both my mother and I reached out multiple times and received no response for an extended period. Very pleasant experience, we did a 1hour couples relaxation massage and let me tell you not disappointed at all. From the oils they used to the way they did the massage I left there feeling great! Highly recommend nature’s salt cave to anyone who just wanted to relax and loose all train of thought.
I really like this place for massages (I usually get the stress away treatment), but I tried the facial service this time and was a little concerned. There were not nearly enough questions asked on the form. I use active skincare ingredients which makes me skin sensitive so some of the products stung. They were also heavily fragranced so just know that this isn’t the place to get a facial if you have sensitive skin. I used the salt cave for the first time a couple of days ago. I have copd and am going through some medical issues and could barely walk in on my own accord. But i heard about the benefits from different people so i thought why not try it? Can't get any worse so Yola assisted me in. While there i had a profound experience and after the session I was able to breathe without effort. Even 2 days later i am not using puffers.
