I love this place! Such a hidden gem. I have been several times and have always loved the experience!
Great atmosphere, very nice vibe of energy. My guest enjoyed her service very much. It was relaxing and peaceful. I feel did not receive the service I was expected. A back rub with oils, lovely - a massage I did not experience. No knots released or pressure after asking for it during the service. Pressure on my knee injury twice and oils all in my hair. For the price of a couples session and the experience I will not be returning. Normally I don’t write reviews but I feel it’s necessary this time.
We recently visited Nature Salt Cave and had a very relaxing experience. Booking a one-hour session was the perfect amount of time to unwind and absorb the calming atmosphere. While the environment itself was wonderful for relaxation, we found the service to be just okay—nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine for what we needed. Before leaving, we also purchased a beautiful Himalayan salt candle stand, which makes for a lovely keepsake. I had an aromatherapy massage and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was so unique and relaxing, and the massage was the perfect balance of working on tight spots while keeping the experience comfortable and relaxing. Totally recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with how Nature’s Salt Cave handled a straightforward customer issue. I purchased a $100 gift card that was never used. When it was later misplaced, both my mother and I reached out multiple times and received no response for an extended period.
