I had an incredible experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve ever had — relaxing, therapeutic, and exactly what I needed. I have been going here once a week for the past several months. The more I go, the more I love it. The salt cave is so relaxing, peaceful and calming. I go in feeling pretty good but leave feeling more relaxed than i thought was possible. Staff is very friendly and eager to make your experience nothing short of awesome. Very highly recommended
Our service at Nature’s Salt Cave was truly abysmal. We booked the sauna and couple’s massage. The sauna was nice but no robes or slippers were provided, so we had to get dressed in our street clothes immediately after. We were supposed to then have a 5-minute wait before our massages. After 30 minutes and no communication, we checked to see if they had forgotten about us, only to be told they were just running behind and weren’t ready for us yet. Went for a couples relaxing message and wasn't disappointed. Staff was friendly and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself was awesome. Would recommend Nature's salt cave in fact I'm planning our next spa day!
