Horrible customer service. Cancelled on our appointments, and then wouldn't work with us to reschedule them. I'd understand if it was us that needed to reschedule, but she cancelled on us! And then offered for one of us to be seen still and the other reschedule. It only took me 12 minutes to respond to the message, and then when I took her up on that recommendation she said she had wished she knew that an hour ago...it was her recommendation! And she did know, because we originally had appointments scheduled!!! Horrible cust... read more
