On the contrary... I had quite the opposite experience with this same exact lady, I believe her name is Amanda? She was not only EXTREMELY helpful, but incredibly kind and informative as well. In fact, I can't even fathom her being rude. Winding Way Farms may have trouble keeping items in stock, but I stand by the fact that they are consistently kind and helpful individuals.
