I have men taking my shitzu to Rosalyn for over 2 years now never had an issue can't believe she is the one that broke your dog's tail
Lucy has a forever groomer. I can't believe how beautiful she looks! The best groom my baby has ever had. I can't see one "track" mark from the clipper. 🐶❤
I have been taking my dog here for almost a year, have had this apt for 3mons. Now granite I was a few mins late I called twice no one answered for me to say I was going to be running late. If I'm not mistaken customer service should be a priority and they clearly could have taken my dog that they would have kept all day for a bath he's a toy poodle he's small, very poor customer service!
Love Natures Pet Spa and Roslyn! They're all always so sweet! I've been using them for baths for the past year and had a first grooming today and my fur baby looked and felt wonderful !! The deshedding treatment is a-mazing!! And it lasts 5 weeks for my dog.

I am so happy I found a wonderful place for my boys to come to for grooming!! You guys are top notch! Today they went in looking terrible and feeling terrible way over due as I have not been the best mom with grooming these days. But they came home looking and feeling amazing!! The boys and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! I have high expectations having the same groomer and working for small animal clinic for six years and I have to say you surpassed my expectations. You have my business forever!!
