Terrible service. Disrespectful of their customers. I had emergency surgery and wasn't able to be home. They apparently rescheduled my service but didn't even bother calling me. I called and found this out. It would be 6 weeks!!! I'm a senior citizen, I can't do it myself and they had already charged me. The individual was rude and disrespectful on the phone. Shame on her and shame on this company.

RecommendedNatures Helper has been very responsive to all of my questions (and there have been a lot - thank you Velita!) and takes great pride in their work. I use them for both sprinkler maintenance and holiday lighting. The entire team has been willing to work with my schedule and ensure total satisfaction!
Nature's Helper has helped me out 3 times: once for an emergency call because of a blown backflow preventer, and twice for sprinkler head install and adjustment. Also, I've used them for winterizing in the fall to blow out the system. Technicians have always been professional and on-time, and done a quick and efficient job of repairing and replacing heads. I would highly recommend them.
The staff at Natures Helper were most accommodating to my request for help. They are the 4th company to try to solve my complex sprinkler system problems in a 5 year period of time, Plus, Zach, from Natures Helper solved issues that others have tried to solve, unsuccessfully, on several occasions before. NH installed my sprinkler system in either 2007 or 8 and I hired it because it was professional and good to work with. The owner came out and showed all the options. It's 2019 and I have kept them for 11/12 years and they are consistent in PR, performance and service. I have been totally satisfied with the service and when our street was repaved and torn up, I had them come in and remove my line/heads back from the curb so there would be no mess ups...it was a very good call! Very professional.Extremely courteous and friendly guys.Showed patience and answered all of our questions.
Worst experience. We prepaid for a service that was never done. They will not refund our deposit. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time or your money!
