I ordered Mothers Day Flowers. Their website said delivery on Mothers Day Day available - specific times frames available, so I proceeded with the order for delivery Sunday morning and paid the $15 delivery charge. Then I get a call from my mother - her flowers delivered late Saturday afternoon. Not Sunday morning as ordered. I called to ask why - only to be told, they had been up since 4am and have no time to call customers and I should be grateful they got the delivery out.
