Hi! We love your store - the selection and, until today, the employees. We made a purchase at around 2:30 P.M. on Sunday. The person who waited on us was cashier no. 94.(from the receipt) She was not friendly at all. In fact, she seemed inconvenienced by having to ring us up. After paying for the purchase, she failed to say thank you. She was also showed no interest in the the dogs that came to the counter. No doggy treats! In all, it wasn't a "feel good" experience. Groomer said she gave my dog a bath when they clearly didn't. Ears, eyes where still dirty, few spots in his body where I noticed it needed to come off was still dirty. First time I took him there I was really happy with the outcome but this time I was very disappointed.
I do not like the store since new owner took over and the remodel. Prices are too high and of course the one kind of edible bone they carried, now they don't. You better believe the fancy lights and everything else, there're gonna pass those expenses on to the customers I liked the way is was so much better and liked the previous owner better also.
