Was told they weren’t taking any new grooming clients and were booked for the year!! C’mon, it’s March. Poor customer service.

RecommendedOmgosh! I lived in an area where I had to drive an hour to another grooming salon (chain). I just moved to Salem,VA and my next door neighbors dog looked awesome and he said he went Nature’s Emporium. I have a 15 year old shih tzu and a 5 year old and my first appt today was amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were trimmed just has a asked and my older one can be grumpy but he was soo happy when I picked him up afterwards! Just brought our Josie dog in to use the self wash area. Totally worth the money. Saved my back!!! They provide everything you need for your dog’s grooming and even have a dryer! What a blessing this is to have this option to spend quality grooming time with my baby girl! � Thank you for having this!
I had issues with two purchases after our pet use them for 20 minutes or less. My experience is, they will not return items used by your pet even if they do not perform as promised or advertised.
Our Garcia loves visiting and likes Grooming there.
