Our family has been going to this dental office for well over a decade, and we truly could not recommend them more highly. Dr. Olga has cared for us for years — she is kind, gentle, incredibly knowledgeable, and someone we trust completely. Gentle, attuned and caring. Dr. Gupta took time to explain what she was doing. Clean, relaxing environment and impressive new technology.
The supporting staff is nice, hygienists are nice. Dr. Olga couldn't be bothered to call us back personally for a question about a chipped tooth for our son. Wanted a 95 dollar phone consult for a five minute phone call. Disgusting and embarrassing and she should be ashamed of herself.
It’s imperative that you hire a secretary who can speak clearly and understand English. I attempted to make an appointment and it was like speaking with a toddler. Time wasted, money lost.
