Had a slight infection and was looking for more all natural medication to help. I found everything I was looking for including natural ear drops, liquid zinc and elderberry, hydrogen peroxide and healthy snacks! The group of girls working were very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a smoothie bar made to order I will definitely be coming back to try! Organic spices and vegan jerky among many other things that caught my eye as-well.
This is treasure trove of a store for the health conscious people who are looking for local and responsibly sourced groceries and health care items. There is a counter to get homemade quick bites and a bar for customized juices and smoothies. There is an extensive selection of vegan/vegetarian dietary foods and supplements. I went in for a juice and the girl behind the juice counter (Friday, May 20) was the kindest and most helpful ever! She guided me to get the perfect juice for how I was feeling and was incredibly sweet and made everyone in there feel so welcome! Staff are very friendly and helpful! I couldn’t decide which smoothie to choose and ended up going with peanut butter perfection. That smoothie was exactly that… Perfection! I wish I had more time to try all of the smoothie flavors. Can’t wait for my next visit.
