Tried to contact twice. No response a week later.
Erik was Excellent! He is a true professional. We tried fixing our hot tub last year, and called 3 different companies, and they came out a total of five times. All three companies said the hot tub was beyond repair, and two of them tried selling us a new tub. Erik identified the problems - control panel and heater both had problems. He fixed both of them and our hot tub is now working. I highly recommend Erik !
Used them a few times for leak repair and they fixed it both times (separate issues for the leaks) Would use them again.
