I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Dr. Gao I have found to be an excellent acupuncturist. He hits the needles on the head with such accuracy and can quickly diagnose and resolve my problem(s). The owner is also very charismatic and knowledgeable. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. It was such a fantastic experience. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately.
