I worked with Jon over a span of more than 2 months to find just the right flooring material for my house. Jon was more than patient as I requested a half dozen or more samples. Finally found the one I liked, and Jon was most knowledgeable about the product and the underlayment it required. The purchasing was easy, and now I await delivery, which should be within a week.
