Just had Nature Wood ship some flooring up to my lake house to finish up a repair I’ve been putting off for months. Good communication from start to finish. Mitch was very professional and sent me email updates so I was in the loop on my order.

I wasn’t able to get the exact wood flooring that I needed to match what I already had. I live in NC and decided to call Natural Wood Flooring in FL. I was shocked to find out they had it and Kenny Walker made the transaction and delivery easier than if I was able to purchase it from Lowe’s or Home Depot. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He also notified me with any updates and checked how the delivery went.
