Contacted them several times to give me a quote for laminate flooring that is no longer available in my area and I really need it. They said they have it in stock and would email me a quote twice. I never received it luckily after continuing to search I was able to find it at another store but have to travel over 200 miles one way to pick it up because they don't deliver to my area

From start to finish, this whole flooring project was an absolute win. The communication was easy, the crew showed up ready to roll, and they handled everything — ripping out carpet, moving furniture, putting it all back exactly where it belonged — like total pros. And listen… we have dogs. Plural. They do the dog thing. They shed, they zoom, they supervise, they “help,” and these guys still worked around the chaos like it was nothing. I worked with Jon over a span of more than 2 months to find just the right flooring material for my house. Jon was more than patient as I requested a half dozen or more samples. Finally found the one I liked, and Jon was most knowledgeable about the product and the underlayment it required. The purchasing was easy, and now I await delivery, which should be within a week. Thanks again, Jon, for making the difficult task of picking the right floor easy!
