New resident of Boise here as of October 2025. Alex and Isaac are very thorough in explaining how their pest control works and describing options for specific bugs or threats. Isaac and Nature Shield's summer intern spent more than an hour on their first visit to my house in Hidden Springs. Bug tech will return in 30 days to zap any remaining bugs, then visit quarterly for regular service. Plus, if a specific problem comes up anytime, Alex will respond. We're glad our grown son and daughter both recommended Alex.
We appreciate how quickly your company responded when we requested treatment. Isaac is always very polite and efficient, and was sure to check with us and do extra treatment inside the hangar.
