Absolutely awful experience, will never use this company again. We’re a landscaping business who was looking for a good vendor to deliver rocks and other materials. This company has lost all of our business going forward. They “accidentally” delivered almost 10000lbs of rocks to our clients house after we had already finished the job a week prior. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Their mistakes end up being someone else’s problem with zero accountability. Please do yourself a favor and find another company that actually cares about their customer’s satisfaction and service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with our recent experience at your business. Despite being loyal customers, my elderly father was treated poorly by an employee when attempting to exchange an incorrect product that my dad accidentally purchased. The lack of assistance and empathy displayed was unacceptable. I urge you to review your customer service policies and ensure that employees are trained to provide respectful and helpful service to all customers, regardless of age or ability.
Disappointed in the customer service we received the other day. Will not be back.
