RecommendedSo great to find a genuinely enthusiastic pharmacist who wants to help you! Shawn was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have three young children and was unable to make it back to the store before closing, so he offered to drop off medication at my home. Then my daughter was puking up the flavor she requested, and he offered to make a different flavor. Seriously above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Great Local compounding pharmacy. Saved me the trouble of having medications delivered by mail. Shawn is super friendly and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have this pharmacy in Ithaca. Would recommend to anyone looking for compounded prescriptions.

I have been a customer at Nature's Apothecary for over a year now. Shawn constantly goes above and beyond any expectations I could ever have of a pharmacist. From his pleasant demeanor, to the way he shows concern that I get my medications on time. The best part for me is when I can not make it to the pharmacy, Shawn delivers to my house to ensure that I have what I need! Promises made but not delivered. My experience with Nature's Apothecary has been very disappointing. For over 10 days I received mixed signals as I was told that my Rx could be made up then too many excuses were made for not coming though with them, resulting in failure to deliver the promised service. Now, I am completely out of this medication and will have to wait at least another week for the prior pharmacy to refill the original Rx with them and mail to me.
