I had been a customer for 7+ years. Honestly, the business doesn’t value their customers. I had a new (expensive) backflow device installed by them. It started to leak and didn’t even last a year. When they came back out to repair (still under warranty), they later claimed that they never billed me for the original backflow device a year earlier. What?? So they charge me now over a year later?
