Genuinely the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not a clean or relaxing place. No scrub or proper filing and left cuts and my cuticles a mess. The whole pedicure lasted only 20 minutes. I ended up going to a different place down the street to get it redone and the experience and attention was VASTLY better. Please don’t waste your time or money here.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!! they not only are completely unsanitary but they are always late and tell you it should be expected. They are so unsanitary that after they cut my cuticles, my nail got infected and i had to go to the ER and have it cut, because it was building so much puss. The ER nurse explained to me that it was likely because of lack of sanitation. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. The owner is also extremely rude and arrogant. Not worth it, trust me!

extremely bad customer service. very rude. they don’t respond to u when u ask questions or even when u say hi or bye like u don’t exist specially AUSTIN. Whoever i talked with, had the same result
Horrible customer service. Very dirty place and very rude people. They don’t even bother responding to you when you say hi or bye to them. Unfortunately the salon that I was always going to, went out of business due to the pandemic and I started using this place since everywhere else was closed and I just continued going to them despite the fact that they don’t even do a clean job.
