I bought the bio line filler and depuffer At the Ohio State fair three years ago. This product is phenomenal. Since then I have bought last year and again just a couple days ago for the same thing. It truly is a miracle the way it takes away the puffiness under my eyes! I called to reorder/ was to get a call back. I purchased some product from the Eastern Idaho State Fair. When I got home I tried 1 of the syringes fior lines and depuffing around the eyes. I followed the directions exactly, and nothing came out. I tried unlocking and pumping 15 more times. Nothing. I called Custo.mer Service and an operator took my contact information.
